Role Description

The Relationship Manager is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Faridabad. This role is responsible for building, nurturing, and maintaining strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction, retention, and growth. On a day‑to‑day basis, the Relationship Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understand their business objectives, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver digital marketing solutions on time and within scope. Responsibilities include conducting regular check‑ins, presenting campaign performance reports, gathering feedback, identifying upsell or cross‑sell opportunities, and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle. The role also involves collaborating closely with account managers, strategists, and creative teams to address client needs, resolve issues proactively, and contribute to the continuous improvement of services.
