Job summary

The Muthoot Group is seeking a field-based role focused on sourcing and servicing DSA/Connector home loan business. You will acquire new DSAs, build a robust partner network, and ensure smooth file flow after APS clearance while maintaining regular geography mapping reports.

The position emphasizes relationship management with sources, timely submission of applications, and customer experience enhancement in a dynamic loan sales environment.

Qualifications

• Possess strong sales orientation with ability to source and service DSA/Connector networks.
• Experience in onboarding DSAs and building partner ecosystems.
• Ability to map geography/area with supervisor guidance.

Responsibilities

• Source, service, and login DSA/Connector home loan business to achieve sales targets.
• Acquire new DSAs for Affordable Housing Loans.
• Build DSA/Connector network for smooth file movement after APS clearance.
• Map area/geography with supervisor guidance at regular intervals.
• Identify new DSAs in the allocated Area/Geography.
• Manage relationships with all sources identified in the geography.
• Maintain sales activity reports in prescribed formats.
• Identify need for appointment of a channel partner.
• Enhance customer experience by maintaining relationships with customers.
• Submit complete application forms and documents.
