Job summary

The Muthoot Group is seeking a proactive DSA/Connector liaison to drive the home loan business by sourcing, servicing, and onboarding customers. You will work with a supervisor to map geography, identify new DSAs, and build a strong partner network to streamline file movement.

You will manage relationships with sources across the assigned area, maintain sales reports, and ensure complete application documentation is submitted, contributing to an enhanced customer experience.

Qualifications

• Sourcing and servicing DSA/Connector home loan business to achieve sales targets.
• Identify and acquire new DSA for Affordable Housing Loans.
• Maintain relationships with sources and ensure timely submission of documentation.

Responsibilities

• Map geography/area with supervisor and identify new DSA in the allocated area.
• Build and manage a DSA/Connector network for smooth file movement and APS clearance.
• Maintain sales/activities reports in prescribed formats.
• Ensure complete application forms and required documents are submitted.

Responsible for managing the relationship with all sources assigned and identified in the geography/area allotted.

Responsible for maintaining reports related to sales and all activities in the prescribed format.Responsible for identifying the need for appointment of a channel partner.

Responsible for enhancing the customer experience by developing and maintaining relationship with customers.
