Job summary

The Muthoot Group is seeking a Relationship Manager-DSA in Tamil Nadu's Coimbatore region. The role focuses on sourcing, servicing, and logging DSA/Connector home loan business, with emphasis on acquiring new DSAs for affordable housing loans, and building a strong DSA/Connector network.

You will map geography with supervision, manage multiple sources, maintain sales reports, identify channel partners, and ensure a positive customer experience by timely documentation and application submission.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets by sourcing, servicing, and logging the DSA/Connector home loan business.
• Acquire new DSAs for Affordable Housing Loans.
• Build a DSA/Connector network to ensure smooth movement of files with APS clearance.
• Map area/geography with supervisor; identify new DSA in the area.
• Manage relationships with all sources in the allotted geography.
• Maintain reports of sales activities in the prescribed format.
• Identify the need for appointing a channel partner.
• Enhance customer experience by maintaining relationships with customers.
• Submit complete application forms, documents and information.
