The position focuses on expanding customer acquisition,ensuring compliance, maintaining portfolio quality, and delivering a superior customer experienceacross all branch activities.Key Responsibilities: Manage overall branch sales operations, including business development, customer service,and compliance. Collaborate with Operations and Risk teams to streamline loan processes, maintain portfolioquality, and control NPAs. Oversee collections for acquired portfolios to ensure healthy asset quality. Track market trends, competitive activities, and customer feedback; recommend strategiesto enhance business outcomes. Execute promotional campaigns, contests, and innovative initiatives to boost customeracquisition.
