Job summary

Ceyone Marketing in Bengaluru is seeking a dynamic sales professional to drive residential property sales. You will brief customers on projects, promote properties through ads, open houses, and expos, and guide buyers through negotiations and inspections.

You will travel as required, maintain reports, meet monthly targets, and advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages and legal requirements, with multilingual communication across English, Hindi, Kannada and Telugu.

Qualifications

• Any Graduate or Postgraduate.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in English, Hindi, Kannada, and Telugu.

Role & responsibilities

Preferred candidate profile

• Good Communication with negotiation and convincing skills.
• Good knowledge of the geography of the city.
• Travel: Need to travel as per requirements.
• Position type and expected hours of work: 6 days a week with weekdays off (6 Week offs per month)
• Position type and expected hours of work: 45-51 Hours per week.
• Required education: Any Graduate/Postgraduate.
• Additional eligibility qualifications: Good Knowledge of Multiple Languages- English, Hindi,

Kannada, Telugu
