Job summary

SquareYards in Bengaluru is seeking a field sales professional to drive end-to-end sales of vacant and new properties using CRM leads. You will generate and conduct site visits, present options to clients, and guide negotiations to closures.

The role targets 5–6 site visits weekly and offers uncapped incentives, ESOPs, and growth opportunities within a 5-day work week with a competitive fixed CTC.

Educational Qualification & Work Experience :

• A graduate from any discipline is preferred
• 1 year of experience in sales in any industry is preferred.

Compensation, Perks and Benefits:

• Uncapped Incentives based on sales performance (~INR 35K plus per month on achieving bare minimum targets & 1L plus for consistent performers)
• Earn 10% salary hike on target based auto-appraisals and promotion every 3 months (Avg 1 deal/month)
• CTC – 4 to 6 Lakh Fixed (Experienced Only)
• 5 Day work week
• Earn ESOPs on every deal closed
• Earn 40% Incentives upon overachieving base targets
