Job summary

RBL Bank is hiring a Relationship Manager for CASA acquisition in Bengaluru. Open market sourcing leads to high-value Current and Savings Accounts, with emphasis on KYC/AML compliance and onboarding excellence.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in CASA acquisition, strong communication, and proven customer-facing skills. Knowledge of Business Banking and Trade/FX is advantageous, with in-person work at the branch ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Graduate / Fresher (MBA preferred).
• 1-3 years of experience in Current Account and Saving Account acquisition.
• Strong knowledge of local business markets.

Responsibilities

• Acquire high-value Current Accounts and Saving Accounts through open market sourcing.
• Drive new-to-bank customer acquisition and account activation.
• Cross-sell banking products such as Trade, FX, CMS, DSB and other business banking solutions.
• Generate leads and ensure smooth customer onboarding.
• Field visits with the client and retail branch banking.
• Adhere to KYC, AML, and internal banking policies.
