Job summary

DCB Bank in Bengaluru (India) seeks a customer service oriented professional to deliver first class service to existing customers, take references for new clients, and cross-sell deposit and fee products to expand market share.

You will focus on strengthening customer relationships through proactive sales, keep updating knowledge of internal and competitor banking products, monitor market trends, and follow guidelines to resolve problems, with other duties as assigned.
