Job summary

Skillventory in Sambalpur, Odisha seeks a banking role focused on customer acquisition and daily financial services. The incumbent will open new CASA and liability accounts, engage in cross-selling of insurance and mutual funds, and provide responsive customer support.

Candidate will handle deposits/withdrawals, ensure accurate records, and adhere to KYC and regulatory guidelines while achieving sales targets. This position is on-site with performance-based incentives possible.

Responsibilities

• Customer Acquisition: Open new CASA (Current Account/Savings Account) and liability accounts through cold calling, market visits, and walk‑ins.
• Cross-Selling: Promote and sell third‑party financial products like life insurance, health insurance, and mutual fund SIPs.
• Customer Service: Handle client inquiries, resolve complaints, and assist with processing banking and loan services.
• Operations & Cash Handling: Process deposits, withdrawals, and maintain accurate transaction logs (if assigned to teller/money officer duties).
• Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly performance sales scorecards.
• Compliance: Ensure all procedures strictly follow bank policies, KYC norms, and regulatory guidelines.
