Job summary

King Rose Construction & Services, based in Bangalore, is seeking a dynamic Relationship Manager to drive growth and client satisfaction from our Bangalore office while coordinating with our U.S.-based staff and partners.

You will serve as the primary contact for clients and third party providers, bridge communications between SMEs, U.S. teams, and clients, and support requirements gathering, kickoff meetings, and timely project delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of Client Relationship Management experience, ideally with international exposure.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities during evening hours (to align with U.S. time zones).
• Experience with international project coordination is a plus.
