AnandRathi in Bangalore is seeking a field sales professional to expand its network by acquiring new franchisees and business partners. You will conduct field visits, generate leads, build relationships, and convert prospects into partners.

You will manage existing franchisee relationships, promote financial products, support client acquisition, and strive to achieve sales targets. The role requires travel and collaboration with internal teams for onboarding.

Qualificações

• 2–3 years of field sales, business development, or client acquisition experience.
• Background in Banking, Stock Broking, BFSI, or Financial Services preferred.
• Knowledge of financial markets and demat account acquisition is a plus.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings.
• Target-oriented with a proven sales track record.
