Job summary

Ace Recruitment Placement Consultants is seeking a results‑driven sales professional to build and nurture relationships with banks, corporates, distributors and agents across the region. The role focuses on consultative engagement with finance leaders and RM teams to grow mutual fund business through active prospecting and onboarding of partners.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with Banks, Corporates, Distributors and Agents.
• Develop business through consultative engagement with Finance/Treasury Heads, CEOs, Branch Managers, Senior RMs and Regional Heads.
• Prospect, sell and manage banking RMs/Sales teams involved in Mutual Fund business.
• Achieve sales targets and drive business growth across the region.
• Conduct market and industry analysis to identify new business opportunities.
• Generate and increase sales through effective relationship management.
• Develop and expand the agent/distributor network.
• Identify, onboard and motivate agents/distributors.
