Job summary

Urja Investment is seeking a driven professional to grow the base of Demat and Trading Accounts and to expand client relationships in a performance-driven environment.

The role emphasizes direct marketing, networking and cross-selling of equity, derivatives and mutual funds, aiming to consistently hit monthly targets with strong communication and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 04 years of experience in a Stock Broking/Capital Market company.
• Experience in new client acquisition and Demat & Trading Account acquisition is mandatory.
• Good knowledge of Equity, Derivatives, Mutual Funds, IPOs and other investment products.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and convincing skills.
• Strong business development and client acquisition abilities.

Responsibilities

• Work in a highly target-oriented and performance-driven environment with strong focus on business generation.
• Responsible for new client acquisition for Demat & Trading Accounts through direct marketing, references, networking and other business development activities.
• Identify and approach potential clients and convert them into active customers of the Company.
• Generate business through new account opening, trading activity and cross-selling of financial products.
• Understand prospective clients' requirements and provide suitable information regarding Equity, Derivatives, Mutual Funds, IPOs and other investment products.
