Job summary

Lodha is hiring a Training Manager in Maharashtra to execute monthly calendars across multiple sites, deliver classroom and on-the-job training, and lead onboarding programs for new joiners.

The role includes coordinating mandatory POSH trainings, maintaining records, conducting site audits, and driving pre-shift briefings and service huddles while identifying service gaps and implementing site-specific training plans.

Responsibilities

• Execute monthly training calendar across sites and achieve 100% coverage of mandatory trainings.
• Deliver classroom and on-the-job training (OJT) for all roles; conduct induction for new joiners (Lodha & Partner associates).
• Implement and monitor Buddy Program for new joiners to ensure smooth onboarding.
• Conduct mandatory, behavioral and soft skills trainings for Lodha associates and partner associates; coordinate technical trainings with site CDTs and ensure all associates are trained before deployment.
• Coordinate POSH trainings with HR; conduct post-training assessments (theory + practical) and ensure 100% certification compliance.
• Conduct post-training assessments (theory + practical) and ensure 100% certification compliance.
• Maintain training records, attendance and certification data; ensure SOPs and policies are implemented at the site.
• Conduct regular site audits and measure brand standards, SOP & policy implementation and capture on-ground observations.
• Drive daily pre-shift briefings and service huddles.
• Support mystery audits, hygiene audits, and internal audits; train per audit findings identified.
• Identify behavioral and service gaps and create site-specific training plans.

Job description

Role & responsibilities

1. Execute monthly training calendar across assigned sites and 100% coverage of mandatory trainings. Liaise with functional heads and ensure 100% coverage of functional trainings.
2. Deliver classroom training, on-the-job training (OJT) for all roles. Conduct structured induction for all new joiners (Lodha & Partner associates).
3. Implement and monitor Buddy Program for new joiners to ensure smooth onboarding.
4. Conduct mandatory, behavioral and soft skills trainings for Lodha associates and partner associates (Helpdesk, MEP, Housekeeping, Security etc.) across the region as per the planned training calendar. Coordinate technical trainings for (Helpdesk, MEP, Housekeeping, Security etc.) with site CDTs and ensure all associates are trained before deployment.
5. Coordinating and conducting mandatory Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH) trainings for all associates (Lodha + Partner associates) with the HR department. Conduct post-training assessments (theory + practical) and ensure 100% certification compliance.

7. Maintain training records, attendance, and certification data Ensure all SOPs and policies are implemented at the site religiously.
