Job summary

LEO TAPS AND FITTINGS in BIHAR & JHARKHAND is seeking a Regional Sales Manager / Territory Sales In-Charge to lead the sales team, drive growth, and expand market reach across Bihar and Jharkhand.

The role requires developing sales strategies, building channel partner networks, managing distributor operations, and ensuring timely collections while maintaining strong client relationships. Proficiency in English and Hindi, along with MS Office, Advanced Excel, and PowerPoint, is essential.

Qualifications

• Graduate with prior experience in Channel Sales / Distributor Sales.
• Fluent in English and Hindi (verbal & written).
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Proficient in MS Office, Advanced Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the sales team with strong leadership and management skills.
• Achieve business targets and growth within the assigned territory.
