Job summary

The candidate should have 12–15+ years in Industrial Automation, including at least 8 years of End User sales, and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering. This is a front-end sales role focused on high-visibility revenue outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering or a related technical field.
• Minimum 8+ years of sales experience in Industrial Automation.
• 12–15+ years total in Industrial Automation with 8+ years End User Sales experience.
• Experience selling to End User, EPC, OEMs.
• Segment experience restricted to Heavy Industries; light industries not preferred.
• Direct sales to End Users/OEM/EPC, not via channel.
• Knowledge of Automation and Drive Solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with strategic accounts in the West region.
• Collaborate with internal teams to drive revenue and customer outcomes.

• Role Direct Sales (The role will be selling directly to End User/ EPC/ OEM & not thru any Channel)(Must Have)
• Minimum Sales Experience Atleast 8+ Years (Must Have)
• Segment Experience - Only Heavy Industries (WWW, Oil & Gas, MMM, Power, New Energy Landscape). Experience with Light Industries like (CPG, Textile, Paper) is not preferred.
• Experience - Atleast 12-15+ years of in Industrial Automation, Atleast 8 years ofEnd UserSales Experience (Inside Sales, Channel Sales Experience are not preferred)
• Qualification - Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Selling to - End User, EPC, OEMs(Must Have)
• The candidate will be responsible for front end sales role.
• The candidate will have knowledge of both Automation & Drive Solutions.
