Schneider Electric in India invites a Regional Sales Manager – North to lead direct sales to End Users, EPCs, and OEMs in heavy industry segments. The role focuses on LV/MV drives and industrial automation, with a strong emphasis on strategy and customer relationships.
You will develop regional plans, pursue new business, collaborate with engineering, marketing, and support teams, and ensure accurate forecasting while managing budgets.
Industry – Industrial Automation in Heavy Industry (Automation, LV/MV Drives) – Must Have, Industrial Software – Good to Have.
Role – Direct Sales (selling directly to End User/EPC/OEM, not through any Channel) – Must Have.
Segment Experience – Only Heavy Industries (WWW, Oil & Gas, MMM, Power, New Energy Landscape). Light Industries (CPG, Textile, Paper) not preferred.
Experience – At least 12–15+ years in Industrial Automation, at least 8 years of End User Sales Experience (Inside Sales, Channel Sales Experience not preferred).
Qualification – Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related technical field.
Selling to – End User, EPC, OEMs – Must Have.
The candidate will be responsible for front end sales role and have knowledge of both Automation & Drive Solutions.
