Job summary

S L Fasteners in India invites a result-driven sales professional to lead national sales prospecting and customer expansion. You will develop action plans for individuals and teams to identify and secure new business opportunities.

Collaborating with Design, Marketing and Production, you will manage relationships, coordinate logistics with Supply Chain, advise on pricing approvals, and report sales performance to senior management.

Responsibilities

• Prepare action plans for individuals as well as for team for an effective search for national sales leads and prospects.
• Focus on Expansion of Business by Identifying & entering in new market and customers.
• Supports team member in adding new customer base and service existing customers and provides timely, accurate, approvals on Price, while striving to maintain maximum profit margins.
• Responsible for Relationship Management with customers and Bringing New Business
• Adheres to all Companies policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.
• Ensures that all sales personnel meet or exceed all activity standards for prospecting calls, appointments, presentations, proposals and closings.
• Must be aware of domestic variances in cultural and legal issues pertaining to sales.
• Should be familiar with state wise business concepts, practices, and procedures.
• Work closely with the Project, Design, Marketing and Production teams to ensure customer requirements are met on a timely basis
• Lead and coordinate all logistic, distribution and delivery with Supply Chain group.
• Daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly DSR, MRM submission with timely feedback to senior management regarding sales performance.
