Stewols Bansal India Pvt. Ltd. is hiring Regional Sales Managers for SHAKTIMAN® Steel Fibres.

The role focuses on growing regional sales, developing new business, and managing key accounts across multiple cities. You will engage contractors, consultants, and infrastructure clients, delivering product presentations and site visits. Ideal candidates have sales and business development experience in construction materials or steel products, with strong communication and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales and business development, preferably in construction materials, steel products, or infrastructure solutions.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Understanding of project-based sales and regional market development.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; an MBA is an added advantage.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
