Job summary

Lexicon Capital in Hyderabad, India seeks a Regional Sales Manager to build and mentor a high-performing sales team, owning the P&L for the assigned area. You will develop and execute strategies based on market insights and targets, leveraging relationships with architects, designers, and builders to grow presence across Hyderabad, Telangana, and AP.

Take complete ownership of the profit and loss (P&L) for the allocated area.

Develop, implement, and evaluate comprehensive sales strategies based on market analysis and target achievements.

Leverage deep local market knowledge and strong contacts with architects, interior designers, and builders to strengthen our foothold in Hyderabad, Telangana, and Andhra Pradesh.

Track sales activities, establish customer service standards, and ensure total visibility across all pipelines.

What We Are Looking For:

Experience & Education: Minimum 8 years of experience in the building materials industry, with previous working experience as a Regional Sales Manager preferred. Exposure to the manufacturing industry is an added advantage. Minimum qualification of a or similar degree.

Market Expertise: MUST have detailed knowledge of the Hyderabad, Telangana, and AP markets with a minimum of 5 years of working experience in the region.

Core Skills: Excellent leadership, presentation, organizational, and negotiation skills, alongside a data-driven, analytical approach to problem-solving.

Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of sales pipelines, processes, and basic computer knowledge (MS Office: Word/Excel/Outlook).
