Qualifications

• Engineering/MBA required.
• 10-15 years of experience in Glass/Faade/Aluminium/Building Materials.
• Minimum 5+ years managing large regional projects with architects, faade consultants and developers.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow regional sales operations across assigned territory.
• Develop and manage relationships with faade customers, architects, consultants, and developers.
• Drive project acquisition, execution, and revenue realization.
• Build and maintain a robust CRM pipeline and ensure accurate forecasting.
• Ensure pricing discipline, margin protection, and timely collections.
• Oversee key regional projects and coordinate with internal teams for delivery.
• Track market trends, competition, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
