Qualifications

• Engineering or MBA qualification required.
• 10–15 years experience in Glass/Façade/Aluminium/Building Materials industry.
• At least 5 years managing large regional projects with architects, faade consultants and developers.
• Strong network and ability to drive revenue growth across regions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow regional sales operations across the assigned territory.
• Develop and manage relationships with faade customers, architects, consultants and developers.
• Drive project acquisition, execution and revenue realization.
• Build and maintain a robust CRM pipeline and ensure accurate forecasting.
• Ensure pricing discipline, margin protection and timely collections.
• Oversee regional projects and coordinate with internal teams for delivery.
