Job summary

McW Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. invites applications for a Regional Sales Manager to head the pharma sales region in Indore. You will lead a team of Medical Representatives and Area Managers, aligning efforts with sales and promotional plans to meet organisational goals.

You will coordinate with consignee agents on stocks, distribution and collections, and manage the region as a profit centre, using your strong communication, territory knowledge and leadership skills to drive market presence.

Qualifications

• Science or Pharmacy graduates with marketing aura and effective communication.
• Over 5 years' experience as a front-line manager with reputed companies and at least two years as a second line manager.
• Territory knowledge is must and ability to work in local language and English.
