Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience in Regional Sales, Area Sales, Business Development or B2B Sales.
• Experience in fashion, apparel, ethnic wear, women's wear, bridal wear, jewellery or lifestyle brands preferred.
• Strong understanding of the Punjab retail and wholesale market.
• Existing network of boutiques, MBOs, retailers, resellers and distributors across Punjab will be an advantage.

Role & Responsibilities Regional Sales Manager (Punjab)

• Develop and execute regional sales strategies to drive business growth across Punjab.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities through boutiques, multi-brand outlets (MBOs), retailers, resellers and distributors.
• Expand the brand's retail and wholesale network across key cities such as Ludhiana, Amritsar, Jalandhar, Patiala, Bathinda and Chandigarh.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with boutique owners, fashion retailers, wedding stores and distributors.
• Generate B2B, wholesale, bulk, bridal and occasion-wear orders.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual regional sales targets.
• Identify potential retail partners and negotiate commercial terms, margins and business agreements.
• Conduct regular market visits, client meetings, store visits and competitor analysis.
• Manage existing accounts, ensure repeat orders and develop long-term business relationships.
• Identify local exhibitions, trade fairs, fashion events and networking opportunities to generate business.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing and customer preferences.
• Manage and follow up on leads, enquiries, quotations, orders and payments.
• Coordinate with the head office, founders and internal teams for smooth order execution and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports covering revenue, new accounts, leads, orders and market performance.
• Take ownership of regional business expansion and brand presence across Punjab

Preferred Candidate Profile

• 5 + years of experience in Regional Sales, Area Sales, Business Development or B2B Sales.
• Experience in fashion, apparel, ethnic wear, women's wear, bridal wear, jewellery or lifestyle brands preferred.
• Strong understanding of the Punjab retail and wholesale market.
• Existing network of boutiques, multi-brand outlets, retailers, resellers and distributors across Punjab will be an advantage.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating new business.
• Experience in wholesale sales, bulk orders, distributor management and retail expansion.
• Strong negotiation, client acquisition and relationship management skills.
• Ability to independently develop new markets and generate business.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Fluent in Punjabi and Hindi; workable English preferred.
• Willingness to travel extensively across Punjab for client meetings and market development.
• Self-driven, target-oriented and capable of working independently
• Own vehicle preferred.
• Candidates based in Punjab or with strong existing Punjab market connections preferred.
