e-Hireo is seeking a seasoned sales and account management leader for the Automotive ER&D sector in Chennai. The role targets professionals with a proven track record across global engineering service models (Time & Material, Fixed Price, offshore/onshore delivery) and managing large accounts.

The candidate should have deep networks in the Chennai and Southern India automotive ecosystem, exceptional communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to influence multiple stakeholders while

• 18–22 years of total experience in Sales and Account Management within Automotive ER&D.
• Proven track record handling accounts with large turnover (INR 100-200 Crores).
• Strong understanding of global engineering service models (Time & Material, Work Packages, Fixed Price, Off-shore/On-shore).
• Deep network within the automotive ecosystem in Chennai and Southern India.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and storytelling skills with executive presence.
• Ability to influence and manage multiple stakeholders under tight timelines.
• Analytical mindset with strong commercial acumen (P&L, pricing, gross margin).

Job description

• 18 to 22 years of total experience with a proven track record in Sales and Account Management within the Automotive Engineering Services (ER&D) sector.
• Strong understanding of global engineering service models (Time & Material, Work Packages, Fixed Price, Off-shore/On-shore delivery) akin to players like ALTEN, Capgemini, Tata Technologies, or KPIT.
• Proven experience managing accounts/operations with a headcount of 500-1,000 resources.
• Demonstrated success handling a business portfolio worth INR 100-200 Crores in annual turnover.
• Deeply networked within the automotive ecosystem in Chennai and Southern India.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and storytelling skills with a strong executive presence.
• Natural capability to influence and manage multiple stakeholders under tight timelines.
• Analytical mindset with strong commercial acumen (P&L management, pricing strategies, and gross margin optimization).

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Automobile / Electronics / Electrical) is highly preferred.
