Job summary

Astrotalk is seeking an onboarding specialist to manage the end-to-end onboarding of partners. You will conduct screening rounds and interviews to assess suitability and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

You will build and nurture strong relationships with clients and partners, acting as their primary point of contact throughout the engagement. Communicate professionally via calls, chats, and emails, addressing needs and providing timely guidance.

Qualifications

• Experience onboarding partners and conducting screening rounds/interviews.
• Strong client relationship management and ability to act as primary point of contact.
• Proficiency in Kannada and good English communication, with willingness to work in office 6 days a week.

• Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for partners, including conducting screening rounds and interviews to assess suitability and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
• Build, maintain, and nurture strong relationships with clients and partners, acting as their primary point of contact and ensuring a positive experience throughout the engagement lifecycle.
• Respond to customer and partner enquiries through calls, chats, and emails while maintaining professional, courteous, and effective communication.
• Understand customer and partner requirements, identify concerns, and provide appropriate solutions, guidance, or assistance in a timely manner.
• Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the relevant teams, coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders, and ensure timely follow-ups until successful resolution.
• Maintain accurate records of onboarding activities, client interactions, resolutions, and updates while delivering excellent support and ensuring seamless operational processes.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Kannada along with good communication skills in English.
• Willingness to work 6 days a week from the office
