Job summary

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in Kannada.

• Coordinate with Sales, Dispatch, Accounts and other departments.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly CRM reports.
• Maintain accurate documentation and customer data.

Job Summary:

The CRM Executive Kannada is responsible for managing customer relationships, handling customer queries, and providing excellent support to Kannada-speaking customers while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
