Job summary

Astrotalk is seeking a Partner Onboarding Specialist to manage end-to-end onboarding for partners, conduct screening rounds and interviews, and ensure a smooth, positive onboarding experience.

You will build strong relationships with clients and partners as their primary contact, respond to inquiries via calls, chats, and emails, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues while maintaining accurate records for seamless operations.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Malayalam and English communication.
• Willingness to work 6 days a week from the office.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for partners, including conducting screening rounds and interviews to assess suitability and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
• Build, maintain, and nurture strong relationships with clients and partners, acting as their primary point of contact and ensuring a positive experience throughout the engagement lifecycle.
• Respond to customer and partner enquiries through calls, chats, and emails while maintaining professional, courteous, and effective communication.
• Understand customer and partner requirements, identify concerns, and provide appropriate solutions, guidance, or assistance in a timely manner.
• Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the relevant teams, coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders, and ensure timely follow-ups until successful resolution.
• Maintain accurate records of onboarding activities, client interactions, resolutions, and updates while delivering excellent support and ensuring seamless operational processes.
