Job summary

IndiaMART is seeking a proactive sales professional in Nashik District to monitor regional data, forecast revenue streams, and drive target achievement. You will lead a sales team, develop talent, and communicate with management to shape policy and strategy.

Daily client interactions and demonstrations are required to convert opportunities into closures. The role emphasizes forecasting accuracy, market feedback collection, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure timely delivery and growth

Responsibilities

• Monitoring and analysis of key regional data including sales figures, sales personnel, productivity ratios, client work status and receivables.
• Forecasting weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly revenue streams with accuracy.
• Identify opportunities and problem areas; prepare action plans to achieve key sales figures and present sales reports.
• Drive and ensure achievement of sales targets; manage sales support functions and ensure timely completion of customer work.
• Recruit, develop and retain teams by formulating development plans, addressing training needs and communicating regularly.
• Record performance metrics and monitor key parameters to boost sales personnel productivity.
• Drive performance through incentives and sales promotions schemes.
• Collect market feedback and provide updates to management for policy and strategy formulation.
• Penetrate targeted accounts and originate sales opportunities for company products and services.
• Deliver sales pitches and product/service demonstrations daily with the team.
• Maintain systematic follow-up with client organizations to secure timely closures.

• Recruit, develop & retain respective teams by formulating their development plans, meeting their training needs and communicating with them on a regular basis.
• Record performance metrics and monitoring key parameters to increase the overall productivity of the sales personnel.
• Drive performance with incentive structure and sales promotion schemes.
• Collect market feedback and provide periodic updates to the management for formulation of policy & strategy.
• Penetrate all targeted accounts and originate sales opportunities for the company's products and services.
• Set up and deliver sales presentations, product/service demonstrations on daily basis with his/her team.
• Ensure systematic follow-up with the client organizations to take the sales pitch to time bound closure.
