Job summary

Shree Dhootapapeshwar in Nagpur invites an experienced Sales professional to lead field activities, drive monthly, quarterly, and annual targets, and supervises Medical Representatives.

The candidate should be a local resident, 30-40 years old, with 5-15 years of pharma sales experience, good knowledge of doctors, retailers, and stockists, and will travel extensively, attending trainings and promotional events.

Qualifications

• Must be an experienced pharma sales professional with a field-based background.
• Should have strong people skills and ability to interact with doctors, retailers and stockists.
• Local resident with good knowledge of the area and market potential.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Joint field work with Medical Representatives for 3-4 days monthly.
• Conduct trainings and development sessions for the team and report to superiors.
• Supervise daily work of Medical Representatives to meet targets.
• Attend CMEs, promotional events and campaigns.
• Attend manager meetings, trainings and development programs.
• Submit MIS reports.
• Recruit and induct new Medical Representatives.
• Handle payments and recoveries of outstanding dues.

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Monthly / Quarterly & Annual sales target achievement.
2. Joint field working with each Medical Representative for a minimum of 3 to 4 days in a month.
3. Regular Team Training and Development and reporting to Superiors
4. Supervising daily work of Medical representatives and guiding them to achieve Sales target.
5. Attending CMEs, promotional events, campaigns.
6. Attending Manager's meetings, trainings and Development programs.
7. MIS Report submission
8. Recruitment and Induction of new Medical Representatives.
9. Payment/Outstanding dues recovery.

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Male - 30 - 40 yrs., Any Graduate, and local resident of the area.
2. 5-15 yrs., experience in Sales in a reputed Pharma Company.
3. A Flair for Pharma Sales, extensive travelling and Interacting with People.
4. Good knowledge of local Doctors, Retailers, Stockist.
5. Good Knowledge of Computers, internet.
6. Basic knowledge of Ayurved and Pharmaceutical Sales
