Job summary

UltraTech Cement is seeking a Logistics professional to monitor OTIF delivery, coordinate with regional SPOCs, hubs, depots, distributors and transporters. The role ensures product availability with FIFO/FEFO compliance and tracks freight costs to optimize efficiency.

The candidate will drive continuous improvement projects, monitor KPIs, and ensure adherence to SOPs and logistics processes. Experience in freight, vehicle placement, and cost-saving initiatives is valued.

Responsibilities

• Monitor OTIF delivery, track & trace, and dispatch plan adherence.
• Coordinate with regional SPOCs, hubs, depots, distributors, and transporters.
• Ensure product availability and maintain inventory accuracy with FIFO/FEFO compliance.
• Monitor and reduce freight cost per ton/PTPKM.
• Ensure timely vehicle placement and drive transporter performance.
• Identify logistics issues and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with logistics processes and SOPs.
• Drive continuous improvement projects focused on cost savings and service enhancement.
• Prepare and monitor logistics performance reports and KPIs.
