Job summary

R2R Consults in Navi Mumbai is looking for a Logistics Support Executive to manage day-to-day logistics operations, coordinating shipments, tracking movements and resolving delivery issues to ensure reliable service.

You will work with warehouse, transporters, and channel partners, maintain dispatch/delivery MIS, and support compliance and process adherence while communicating proactively to internal teams during peak volumes.

Qualifications

• Experience or understanding of logistics, transportation and warehouse operations.
• Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
• Working knowledge of MS Excel, email, and messaging tools.
• Detail-oriented with problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to work under tight timelines and peak volumes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Warehouse and transporters for timely dispatch and delivery.
• Track outbound shipments and update status in systems.
• Track return shipments and issue credit notes where needed.
• Maintain dispatch and delivery MIS and clearance logs.
• Support freight bill validation and finance coordination.
• Assist audits by maintaining organized logistics records.
• Follow established processes and contribute improvements.

Role Purpose and requirement

• The Logistics Support Executive ensures smooth day-to-day logistics operations by coordinating shipments, tracking movements, resolving delivery issues, and supporting internal teams.
• The role safeguards service reliability, cost discipline, and timely executionvalues that have always been the backbone of strong supply chains.
  

Operational Support

• Coordinate with Warehouse for clean movement of goods with transporters, Express service provider & Courier partners for timely dispatch and then delivery.
• Track outbound shipments and update status in systems and trackers and share the same with Channel partners.
• Track return shipments and update status in systems and trackers and share with Channel partners and Warehouse for timely issues of credit notes.
• Support by initiating documentation of return shipments.
  Support vehicle planning based on volumes and delivery timelines.

Coordination & Communication.

• Act as the first point of contact for internal teams (sales, channel partner, warehouse, finance) on logistics matters.
• Follow up with transporters for delivery confirmation and POD closures.
• Escalate delays, shortages, or damages promptly and support resolution.
• Maintain WhatsApp / email coordination groups for priority deliveries.
  

Data & Reporting.

• Update daily dispatch, delivery, and pending reports MIS and maintaining n clearing complain log.
• Track exceptions such as short delivery, delays, or returns.
• Support freight bill validation and coordination with finance for timely closure.
  

Compliance & Process Adherence

• Support audits by maintaining accurate and organized logistics records.
• Follow established processes while contributing improvement ideas based on ground realities.
