Job summary

Infosys seeks a seasoned Design Management leader to drive the design function for multiple infrastructure projects across India, including campus master planning, green buildings, and workplace transformations.

You will lead end-to-end design lifecycle from concept to GFC, establish standards aligned with NBC 2016, ECBC, IGBC, and LEED, and coordinate with architects, PMCs, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Experience with corporate campuses or large-scale developments.
• Exposure to Green Buildings, Workplace Strategy, and Sustainable Infrastructure is desirable.
• Strong design leadership and governance capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design management for Campus Master Planning, Green Buildings, Workplace Transformation, Corporate Fit-outs, and Infrastructure Projects across locations in India
• Drive the complete design lifecycle from Concept, Schematic Design, Detailed Design, Tender Documentation, and GFC deliverables.
• Review and optimize drawings, BOQs, specifications, and technical documentation to enhance quality, functionality, constructability, and cost efficiency.
• Establish and maintain design standards, specifications, and governance frameworks aligned with NBC 2016, ECBC, IGBC, LEED, sustainability goals, and organizational requirements.
• Coordinate with Architects, PMCs, Consultants, Contractors, and multidisciplinary teams including HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, FPS, AV, Lighting, ICT, and Smart Building Systems.
• Conduct design reviews and site audits to ensure adherence to approved design intent and timely resolution of design and execution issues.
• Drive value engineering, innovation, new materials adoption, workplace strategies, and sustainability-focused solutions.
• Monitor design progress, identify risks proactively, and ensure timely closure of key deliverables.
• Support consultant selection, stakeholder management, and project governance across multiple locations.
• Ensure effective documentation, communication, and alignment with business, project, and operational stakeholders.
