Job summary

Adani Transmission is seeking an experienced Architect to lead architectural deliverables across multiple residential or mixed-use projects in Mumbai. You will coordinate with MEP, structural and design teams to ensure adherence to design specifications and timely execution.

The role requires 10–12 years of experience, strong BIM proficiency, and IGBC understanding. You will drive design reviews, ensure regulatory compliance, and manage on-site coordination and stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

Job description

Oversee architectural deliverables for multiple projects within the cluster, ensuring timely completion and alignment with overall project objectives.

Facilitate seamless integration of MEP, structural, and design teams, ensuring that project plans are executed in compliance with design specifications.

Coordinate with internal teams to review project timelines, resolve issues, and ensure resources are effectively allocated across multiple projects.

Design Review & Approval

Lead the review and approval process of architectural designs, including parking layouts, agreement plans, and other critical design elements.

Provide constructive feedback and ensure corrections are integrated into final design documents.

Ensure all designs comply with relevant building codes, regulations, and project-specific requirements.

Site Coordination & Execution

Support site-level coordination, ensuring the architecture is executed as per the approved design, and resolve any on-site challenges related to architectural implementation.

Monitor ongoing construction activities to ensure architectural quality and design consistency.

Maintain continuous communication with site teams to address any discrepancies or design-related issues promptly.

Stakeholder Engagement & Review Meetings

Participate in review meetings with internal departments (e.g., MEP, construction, sales) to ensure smooth project progression.

Act as a liaison between design teams, consultants, and internal stakeholders, ensuring timely inputs and feedback are shared and acted upon.

Share updates on project status, addressing any concerns raised by other departments or external consultants.

Quality & Compliance Management

Monitor the implementation of quality standards and ensure that designs adhere to all legal, safety, and regulatory requirements.

Contribute to maintaining design quality control by reviewing design modifications and ensuring compliance with project specifications.

Qualifications

Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s in Architecture (B.Arch.)

Work Experience (Range of years): 10-12 Years

Preferred Industry: Experience in architectural design and project coordination, with a minimum of 5 years managing multiple residential or mixed-use development projects. Skilled in collaborating with MEP, structural, landscape, and design teams to resolve on-site challenges and implement design modifications.

Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and a strong understanding of certification processes, including IGBC.
