Job summary

Titan Company in Bengaluru seeks a Senior Architect to lead end-to-end design coordination for corporate office projects, including base build and interiors. You will manage external architects, consultants, and agencies to ensure design intent, timelines, and quality across drawings and 3D visualizations.

You will review architectural, interior, and MEP drawings, develop 2D/3D outputs, and drive design review forums while supporting cost planning, value engineering, and PMC collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Architecture.
• 10–14 years of experience in corporate/commercial building projects, including interiors.
• Proven experience in managing external consultants from a client-side role.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3ds Max (or equivalent tools).
• Strong understanding of materials, construction methodologies, and project lifecycle.
• Exposure to sustainable/green building practices will be an advantage.
• Strong stakeholder management, planning, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor site progress and proactively resolve design and execution challenges.
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, safety standards, and sustainability guidelines.
• Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders to enable seamless project delivery.
