Job summary

Infosys in Bengaluru seeks a Regional Manager - Infrastructure to lead design management for campus master planning, green buildings, and workplace transformations across India. You will drive the complete design lifecycle from concept to GFC, review drawings and specifications for quality and cost efficiency, and ensure governance aligned with NBC 2016, ECBC, IGBC, and LEED targets.

Qualifications

• Experience leading design management for large infrastructure or campus projects.
• Strong knowledge of NBC 2016, ECBC, IGBC, and LEED standards.
• Proven ability to coordinate multi-disciplinary teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design management for Campus Master Planning and Infrastructure Projects across India.
• Drive the design lifecycle from Concept to GFC deliverables and Tender Documentation.
• Review drawings, BOQs, specs to improve quality, functionality and cost efficiency.
• Establish design standards and governance aligned with sustainability goals.
• Coordinate with Architects, PMCs, Consultants, Contractors, and HVAC/Electrical/Plumbing teams.
• Conduct design reviews and site audits to resolve issues timely.
• Drive value engineering and adoption of new materials and workplace strategies.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and ensure timely deliverables.
• Support consultant selection, stakeholder management, and project governance.
• Ensure documentation and alignment with business and operations teams.

Regional Manager - Infrastructure

Role Summary

Drive the design management function for multiple infrastructure projects across India, driving design excellence, workplace innovation, sustainability, and execution readiness for campus developments, workplace transformations, fit-outs, and infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design management for Campus Master Planning, Green Buildings, Workplace Transformation, Corporate Fit-outs, and Infrastructure Projects across locations in India
• Drive the complete design lifecycle from Concept, Schematic Design, Detailed Design, Tender Documentation, and GFC deliverables.
• Review and optimize drawings, BOQs, specifications, and technical documentation to enhance quality, functionality, constructability, and cost efficiency.
• Establish and maintain design standards, specifications, and governance frameworks aligned with NBC 2016, ECBC, IGBC, LEED, sustainability goals, and organizational requirements.
• Coordinate seamlessly with Architects, PMCs, Consultants, Contractors, and multidisciplinary teams including HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, FPS, AV, Lighting, ICT, and Smart Building Systems.
• Conduct design reviews and site audits to ensure adherence to approved design intent and timely resolution of design and execution issues.
• Drive value engineering, innovation, new materials adoption, workplace strategies, and sustainability-focused solutions.
• Monitor design progress, identify risks proactively, and ensure timely closure of key deliverables.
• Support consultant selection, stakeholder management, and project governance across multiple locations.
• Ensure effective documentation, communication, and alignment with business, project, and operational stakeholders.
