Job summary

Infosys in Bengaluru is seeking an experienced design professional to lead Green Building Architecture, Campus Master Planning and Corporate Fit-out projects. You will manage the full design cycle from concept to GFC, ensuring design intent, quality and coordination across Architecture, Civil and Interior works.

You will review drawings, BOQs and specifications, oversee material selection and detailing for interior and exterior works, and update standards in line with NBC 2016, ECBC, IGBC,

Qualifications

• Experience leading design management for large campus projects.
• Ability to review and optimize drawings, BOQs and specs across Architecture, Civil and Interior.
• Strong coordination with consultants, PMCs, and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Support and lead design management for Green Building Architecture, Campus Master Planning, and Corporate Fit-out Projects.
• Manage the full design cycle - concept, schematic, detailed design, and GFC - ensuring design intent, quality, and coordination.
• Review and optimize drawings, BOQs, and specifications across Architecture, Civil, and Interior works.
• Oversee material selection, finish schedules, and project-specific detailing for both interior and exterior works.
• Periodically update standards and specifications in line with emerging trends and codes (NBC 2016, ECBC, IGBC, USGBC/LEED, and internal sustainability guidelines).
• Coordinate and integrate the design output with consultants, PMC, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Conduct regular site reviews to identify and resolve design gaps, maintaining alignment with approved drawings.
• Manage other campus infrastructure–related design tasks as needed.
• Track progress, flag risks early, and support timely completion of key deliverables.
• Explore and integrate new materials, technologies, workplace strategies, and sustainability-focused solutions.
• Ensure strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder alignment across all project stages.
