Job summary

B New Mobiles is seeking a Regional HR Executive to drive HR operations across Vijayawada, Guntur, Tirupati and other stores. The role demands hands-on recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, and policy compliance in a mobile retail environment.

The candidate should manage 10–15+ stores, travel extensively, and partner with Head Office to streamline payroll and HR reviews at the monthly cycle. Previous retail HR experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate or MBA (HR) preferred.
• 2–4 years HR experience, with 3+ years managing HR for multiple retail stores.
• Retail/Mobile retail experience preferred but not mandatory.
• Experience in Recruitment, Employee Relations, Payroll coordination, and Compliance.

Responsibilities

• Own the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to exit formalities in partnership with Store Managers.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to close positions quickly.
• Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle: onboarding, confirmations, appraisals, transfers, resignations, settlements, and exit interviews.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and SOPs across all stores.
• Address employee concerns, disciplinary matters, and grievances promptly.
• Monitor attendance, late arrivals, early departures, and absenteeism via KEKA ERP.
• Coordinate payroll inputs with Head Office HR team.
• Visit Head Office during the first week of each month for payroll processing and HR reviews.
• Represent HR for 2430 retail stores in the region.
• Conduct store visits to boost engagement, compliance, and operational discipline.
• Collaborate with Audit, Accounts, Operations and other support functions to improve store performance.

We're Hiring:Hiring: Regional Human Resources (Only Males). Locations: Vijayawada/Guntur | TirupatiIndustry: Retail (Mobile Retail Preferred)We are looking for dynamic, result-oriented Regional Human Resources Executives who can independently drive HR operations across multiple retail stores.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to exit formalities by partnering with Store Managers / Territory Sales Managers to ensure timely hiring as per business requirements.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to close positions quickly and efficiently.
• Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding, confirmations, appraisals, transfers, resignations, full & final settlements, and exit interviews.
• Ensure effective execution of HR policies, SOPs, and statutory compliance across all assigned stores.
• Address employee concerns, disciplinary matters, and grievance handling in a professional and timely manner.
• Monitor daily attendance, late arrivals, early departures, and absenteeism through KEKA ERP.
• Coordinate with the Head Office HR team to ensure accurate payroll inputs.
• Visit the Head Office during the first week of every month for payroll processing and HR reviews.
• Act as the HR representative for 2430 retail stores within the assigned region.
• Conduct store visits regularly to strengthen employee engagement, compliance, operational discipline.
• Work closely with Audit, Accounts, Operations and even other support functions to improve overall store performance and employee productivity.

Required Candidate Profile

• Graduate / MBA (HR) preferred.
• 2 to 4 years of HR experience, with minimum 3 years managing HR for multiple retail stores.
• Retail industry experience is mandatory; Mobile Retail experience will be an added advantage (But not compulsory).
• Strong experience in Recruitment, Employee Relations, Performance Management, Attendance, Payroll Coordination, and HR Compliance.
• Hands-on experience with HRMS/ERP systems (KEKA preferred). Should have handled multiple stores mandatory (Not less than 10 to 15 Stores).
• Willingness to travel extensively across assigned stores.
