Job summary

B New Mobiles in Andhra Pradesh is seeking a Regional Human Resources Executive to drive HR operations across multiple retail stores. You will oversee recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, and compliance while partnering with store and territory managers to meet business needs.

The ideal candidate has 4–8 years in HR, retail experience, and hands-on ERP proficiency (KEKA). Willingness to travel across Vijayawada, Guntur, and Tirupati regions is essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Graduate / MBA (HR) preferred.
• 4–8 years of HR experience, with minimum 3 years managing HR for multiple retail stores.
• Retail industry experience is mandatory; Mobile Retail experience will be an added advantage.
• Strong experience in Recruitment, Employee Relations, Performance Management, Attendance, Payroll Coordination, and HR Compliance.
• Hands-on experience with HRMS/ERP systems (KEKA preferred). Should have handled multiple stores (Not less than 10 to 15 Stores).
• Willingness to travel extensively across assigned stores.
• Candidates with a career break of up to 3 months are welcome to apply.
• Candidates who have worked with our competitors and have been relieved more than 6 months ago are also eligible.

Responsibilities

• Own the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to exit formalities by partnering with Store Managers / Territory Sales Managers to ensure timely hiring as per business requirements.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to close positions quickly and efficiently.
• Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding, confirmations, appraisals, transfers, resignations, full & final settlements, and exit interviews.
• Ensure effective execution of HR policies, SOPs, and statutory compliance across all assigned stores.
• Address employee concerns, disciplinary matters, and grievance handling in a professional and timely manner.
• Monitor daily attendance, late arrivals, early departures, and absenteeism through KEKA ERP.
• Coordinate with the Head Office HR team to ensure accurate payroll inputs.
• Visit the Head Office during the first week of every month for payroll processing and HR reviews.
• Act as the HR representative for 2430 retail stores within the assigned region.
• Conduct store visits regularly to strengthen employee engagement, compliance, operational discipline.
• Work closely with Audit, Accounts, Operations and even other support functions to improve overall store performance and employee productivity.
