Role Purpose To partner with business leaders in driving people priorities across the region, with a strong focus on manning, attrition, performance management, employee engagement and overall people productivity.

Key Responsibilities

• Manning & Talent Acquisition
  • Drive manpower planning and ensure timely closure of open positions across branches.
  • Partner with TA and business teams to improve hiring quality, speed and productivity.
  • Track hiring pipeline, joining ratios and branch-wise manpower gaps.
  • Support hiring drives, referrals and local talent mapping.
• Attrition & Retention
  • Monitor branch and regional attrition trends and identify key drivers.
  • Conduct exit analysis and identify hotspots requiring intervention.
  • Drive retention actions for critical talent and high-risk employees.
  • Partner with managers to improve employee experience and reduce avoidable attrition.
• Performance & Productivity
  • Track Performance Spread across branches and teams.
  • Identify low-performing employees/managers and drive corrective actions.
  • Monitor PEP/PIP cases and ensure timely reviews, documentation and closure.
  • Partner with business leaders to improve productivity and performance outcomes.
• Branch Connect & Field Engagement
  • Conduct regular branch visits to understand ground-level people challenges.
  • Conduct employee connects and skip-level interactions.
  • Identify concerns around manager behaviour, employee morale, engagement and retention.
  • Drive timely resolution of employee and business concerns.
• Manager & Leadership Effectiveness
  • Partner with L1/L2 managers on people-related challenges.
  • Coach managers on performance management, employee engagement and handling employee concerns.
  • Identify leadership/managerial issues impacting attrition, productivity and morale.
• Employee Engagement & Culture
  • Drive regional engagement initiatives and HR interventions.
  • Strengthen employee communication and connect across branches.
  • Support recognition, engagement and people initiatives aligned with business priorities.
• HR Analytics & Governance
  • Prepare and review regional people dashboards covering Manning, Attrition, Performance Spread, PEP/PIP and Productivity.
  • Identify trends and convert data into actionable interventions.
  • Track agreed action items with business leaders and ensure closure within timelines.
  • Ensure adherence to HR policies, processes and governance requirements.
