Job summary

Nikos Consulting seeks an experienced HR leader to head HR for the West Region in Mumbai, overseeing HRBP, operations and talent acquisition. The role emphasizes 6 days on-site work, employee experience initiatives, and regional branch HR management.

Responsibilities include lifecycle management, branch hygiene, HR automation (Darwinbox), grievance handling, PMS, and R&R activities to drive business-aligned HR strategies across multiple manufacturing-related units.

Qualifications

• 610 years of overall HR experience (documented in resume), with exposure to HRBP, HR Operations and Talent Acquisition.
• Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment across multiple business functions including sales, operations and corporate/support functions.
• Ability to understand business strategies, manpower requirements and organizational priorities and translate them into HR initiatives.
• Hands-on experience in Employee Experience, engagement, Rewards & Recognition and grievance handling.

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience: 610 years of overall HR experience, with strong exposure to HRBP, HR Operations and Talent Acquisition.
• Industry Preference: Candidates from Manufacturing, Building Materials, FMCG, Retail, Consumer Durables, Flooring, Laminates, Plywood, Doors or related industries.
• Regional HR Exposure: Experience independently managing HR for a region/multiple branches or locations.
• Talent Acquisition: Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment across multiple business functions, including sales, operations and corporate/support functions.
• HRBP & Business Partnering: Ability to understand business strategies, manpower requirements and organizational priorities and translate them into HR initiatives.
• Employee Engagement: Hands‑on experience in Employee Experience, engagement, Rewards & Recognition and grievance handling.
• HR Operations: Strong understanding of employee lifecycle management, HR policies, compliance and HR operations.
• Performance Management: Experience in PMS, performance reviews, goal setting and employee development.
• HR Technology: Practical experience with HRMS/HR automation, preferably Darwinbox or similar platforms.
• Learning & Development: Exposure to Training Need Identification (TNI), training calendars and coordination with L&D teams.
