Job summary

• Knowledge of statutory regulations (PF, ESIC, gratuity) and payroll inputs.

Svatantra Microfin (Aditya Birla Group) is looking for experienced Regional HR professionals to support its expanding business operations across multiple regions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations, employee lifecycle management, talent acquisition, employee engagement, statutory compliance, and HR business partnering for regional teams. This role requires a proactive HR professional who can effectively collaborate with business leaders, drive people initiatives, and ensure compliance with organizational policies while fostering a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee lifecycle management, and exit formalities across the assigned region.
• Partner with regional business leaders to fulfill manpower requirements, drive employee engagement initiatives, and support performance management processes.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, statutory regulations (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, etc.), while maintaining accurate HR records, payroll inputs, and documentation.
• Handle employee relations, grievance resolution, HR audits, MIS reporting, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business growth and organizational objectives.
