Job summary

Flexi Careers India is seeking a Regional HR Manager to drive end-to-end HR operations for the assigned region. The role requires handling regional recruitment, manpower planning, onboarding, documentation, transfers, and exits, while supporting engagement, retention and grievance handling.

You will coordinate with Branch Managers and Regional/Business Heads on HR matters, monitor attendance and lifecycle processes, and assist with performance management and disciplinary actions.

Qualifications

• 25? years? HR experience is required (per the ad).
• Experience in regional/branch/field HR is preferred.

• Resolve employee queries and HR issues promptly.
• Prepare and maintain regional HR reports and MIS.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and statutory requirements.
• Travel across branches within the assigned region as required.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end HR operations for the assigned region.
• Handle regional recruitment and manpower planning in coordination with business teams.
• Manage onboarding, employee documentation, transfers, confirmations, and exits.
• Support employee engagement, retention, and grievance handling.
• Coordinate with Branch Managers and Regional/Business Heads on HR-related matters.
• Monitor attendance, leave, HR policies, and employee lifecycle processes.
• Support performance management and disciplinary processes.
• Ensure timely resolution of employee queries and HR issues.
• Prepare and maintain HR reports and MIS for the region.
• Ensure compliance with company HR policies and statutory requirements.
• Be willing to travel across branches within the assigned region, as required.

Candidate Requirements

• 24 years of HR experience, preferably from MFI / BFSI / NBFC.
• Experience in regional HR / branch HR / field HR will be preferred.
• Good knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, HR operations, and HR policies.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage HR activities across multiple locations.
• Geographical experience in the below locations is preferred:
• Kalaburagi
• Kurnool
• Warangal
• Vijayawada
• Jagtial
