Job summary

Abacus Consultants in Jaipur, Rajasthan, is seeking a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition professional to drive end-to-end hiring for corporate roles. You will translate headcount plans into concrete recruitment strategies and manage targets aligned to the resourcing model.

You will build relationships with management, candidates, and external sources, balance internal and external channels to optimize cost, and lead screening, interviews, and joining formalities to ensure timely onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Define resourcing strategy and priorities such as Quality of Hiring and Employer Branding.
• Translate headcount plan into recruitment plan to ensure timely delivery and targets.
• Manage hiring for corporate positions, including Entry Level and Leadership roles.
• Individual contributor role.
• Develop and cultivate relationships with management, candidates, and external sourcing channels.
• Balance internal and external sourcing to optimize costs.
• Screen resumes, shortlist, and conduct telephonic interviews.
• Negotiate compensation and joining discussions.
• Manage joining formalities and documentation.
• Close positions within turnaround time and defined requirements; maintain strong offer-to-join ratio.

Role & responsibilities

Key Deliverables

• Define Resourcing Strategy and deliver key priorities for the business e.g. Quality of Hiring, Employer Branding, Sourcing Strategy.
• Translating the headcount plan into clear job requirements and definition of recruitment plan to ensure timely delivery. Accountable for Recruitment targets and alignment to the resourcing model.
• Managing Hiring for corporate positions. (Both Entry Level & Leadership positions)
• Individual Contribution Role.
• Develop and cultivate relationships with various levels of management, candidates, and external recruiting sources.
• Maintaining the balance of internal & external sources in order to optimize costs
• Screening / Short listing of resumes & Conducting Telephonic Interviews.
• Compensation negotiation and joining a discussion.
• Managing Joining formalities and documentation.
• Closing positions within the defined turnaround time and as per defined requirements. Maintaining good offer to joining ratio.
