Job summary

Skillventory in India is seeking a regional LAP business leader to drive disbursement targets and revenue growth across the assigned region.

The role requires coordinating with Credit, Legal, Technical, Operations and Risk teams, building a robust regional LAP pipeline, and mentoring ASMs, Sales Managers and field teams to achieve monthly and quarterly goals.

You will identify new markets and maintain strong relationships with DSAs and channel partners to sustain book health.

Responsibilities

• Drive LAP business, disbursement and revenue targets across the assigned region.
• Manage and lead ASMs, Sales Managers and field sales teams.
• Develop and manage DSA, DST, connector and branch channels.
• Build a strong regional LAP pipeline and improve sourcing productivity.
• Ensure achievement of monthly/quarterly business and portfolio targets.
• Monitor login, approval, sanction, disbursement and TAT.
• Coordinate with Credit, Legal, Technical, Operations and Risk teams.
• Ensure quality sourcing, proper documentation and compliance.
• Track portfolio quality, early delinquencies and overall book health.
• Identify new markets, branches and business opportunities.
• Conduct regular team reviews, training and performance monitoring.
• Maintain strong relationships with key DSAs and channel partners.
