• Track cost of collections relative to total recoveries to maintain regional profitability and ROA.
• Lead, mentor and evaluate Area Collection Managers (ACMs) and Collection Officers.
• Conduct market and field visits to audit operations and motivate field staff.
• Build and analyze MIS reports to track DRR versus daily movement.
• Present regional portfolio health, recovery trends and forecast metrics to senior management.

Role & responsibilities

1. Portfolio & Target Management

• Regional Target Ownership: Drive monthly, quarterly, and bucket-wise collection targets across the region.
• Flow & Delinquency Control: Monitor roll-forward rates, control late payments, and reduce non-starters or early-mortality accounts.
• Cost & Expense Optimization: Track and manage the cost of collections relative to total recoveries to maintain regional profitability and return on assets (ROA).

2. Team Leadership & Agency Oversight

• Hierarchy Management: Lead, mentor, and evaluate Area Collection Managers (ACMs) and Collection Officers.
• Field Visits: Conduct regular market and field visits to audit operations, understand ground-level bottlenecks, and motivate field staff.

3. Data Analysis, MIS & Reporting

• Performance Tracking: Build and analyze Management Information Systems (MIS) reports to track Daily Recovery Run-rate (DRR) vs. daily movement.
• Leadership Reviews: Present regional portfolio health, recovery trends, and forecast metrics to senior management
