Job summary

Skillventory in Hyderabad is seeking a Regional Collections Lead to drive home loan and LAP portfolio recoveries. You will oversee Branch Collection Teams and Area Managers, ensuring targets are met across multiple locations.

You will coordinate with Sales, Credit, Legal, and Branch Operations, analyze MIS, manage high-value delinquencies, escalations, and settlements in line with policy.

Responsibilities

• Manage regional collection operations for Home Loan and LAP portfolios.
• Ensure collection targets are achieved across all assigned branches and locations.
• Monitor overdue accounts, delinquency buckets, NPA accounts, and recovery performance.
• Develop strategies to reduce overdue accounts and improve collection efficiency.
• Manage and guide Area Collection Managers, Cluster Managers, Branch Collection Teams, and field collection staff.
• Track daily, weekly, and monthly collection performance against targets.
• Handle high-value overdue cases, escalations, settlements, and recovery actions as per company policy.
• Coordinate with Sales, Credit, Legal, and Branch Operations teams for effective resolution of overdue accounts.
• Ensure compliance with collection policies, regulatory guidelines, and customer handling standards.
• Prepare MIS reports on collection efficiency, roll-forward rates, delinquency, and portfolio quality.
