Job summary

Yes Bank Ltd. Regional MIB Field Collections role seeks a professional to drive field recovery for retail buckets across the assigned geography and to manage agencies while ensuring compliance with guidelines.

You will monitor progress, coordinate with agencies and field executives, review MIS dashboards, and handle escalated customer cases, settlements, and disputes in a regulatory compliant manner.

• Coordinate legal actions and support SARFAESI/Section 138 processes where relevant.
• Review MIS, track KPIs, and report performance to leadership.
