Job summary

Ars Talent Llp is seeking two Senior Sales Professionals for Regional Sales roles in the Energy segment (Battery, Inverter, Solar). Base locations include Gurugram for North and Ghaziabad/Noida/Meerut for UP West.

Must have 12-16 years of B2B/channel experience with battery/inverter/solar exposure, a strong track record of hitting targets, and solid geographical familiarity. CTAs are high, with a budgeted CTC of 35-40 LPA.

• 12-16 years of B2B/channel sales experience.
• Must have battery, inverter or solar industry experience.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Experience handling regional/geographical sales responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Drive regional sales for energy segment (battery, inverter, solar).
• Cover North and UP West regions with specified base locations.
• Achieve assigned targets and build strong channel partnerships.
